Design & Process

Step 1

Customize your order by viewing the available options, then make your selections. (Please do not enter your text in all caps!)

Step 2

Add your order to your cart, where you may review your order details for accuracy. Make any necessary changes before proceeding to the checkout.

Step 3

Within 3 business days, an electronic proof will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please carefully review this proof for accuracy, as it is an exact representation of what will be printed!

Once we receive your confirmation that everything is correct on the proof, production of your personalized order will begin!

Turnaround Time

Personalized products take approximately 3-5 weeks after the design is approved for the production process. Please allow ample time if your order is needed by a certain date.

A digital proof of your order will be provided within 3 business days of us receiving your information.

Printed products will be shipped within 3-5 weeks of final proof approval. Please note that shipping times may vary based on add-ons, such as custom wax seals, belly bands, and envelope liners.

Due to the highly custom nature of personalized orders, it is considered final sale and not eligible for return.

If you have made a mistake purchasing the item, you can request the cancelation within 24 hours and receive a full refund.
